Employees’ Enrolment Campaign (EEC) 2025

The Ministry of Labour & Employment has launched the Employees’ Enrolment Campaign (EEC) 2025, a special one-time window allowing employers to voluntarily declare and enrol eligible employees who were not covered under EPF between 1 July 2017 to 31 October 2025.

This campaign provides organisations an opportunity to regularise past EPF non-compliance with minimum penalties, strengthen employee benefits, and ensure statutory alignment with the EPF & MP Act, 1952.

Campaign Duration: 1 November 2025 – 30 April 2026
