Driving global partnerships, payroll transformation and scalable growth — helping enterprises and multinational companies establish and manage operations in India with complete compliance and operational efficiency.
Driving DKM's growth.
Bhavya Malik is the Head of Business Development & International Business at DKM Online, leading global expansion initiatives and strategic partnerships across India and international markets.
With deep expertise in payroll management, HR outsourcing and compliance services, Bhavya works closely with enterprises and multinational companies to streamline operations and scale efficiently. He brings domain knowledge across business management, international business, law and information technology — the combination that lets him translate a client's expansion plan into a compliant, well-run operation in India.
At DKM Online, he drives cross-border collaborations, client engagement and business growth, helping organisations establish and manage operations in India with complete compliance and operational efficiency — from Employer of Record engagements for companies entering the market to multi-state payroll and statutory compliance for established enterprises.
Under his leadership, DKM Online supports 500+ clients, manages compliances for around 3,00,000 active employees and processes around 1,00,000 payslips every month, delivering accuracy, scalability and reliability at every stage.
Four disciplines, one point of view.
Business Management
Commercial structuring, engagement governance and scaling service delivery across 500+ client relationships.
International Business
Cross-border partnerships and market-entry support for multinational companies establishing teams in India.
Law & Compliance
Working knowledge of Indian labour law, PF/ESI and the new Labour Codes, applied to how engagements are scoped and delivered.
Information Technology
Payroll and compliance platforms, ESS portal and mobile app — using DKM's own technology to make delivery transparent for clients.
Every organisation that expands into India should be able to focus on its people and its market — not on filings. That is the job we take off their desk.Bhavya Malik · DKM Online
